How to use Saurus Site Encoding Converter?

Site Encoding Converter (convert_encoding.php) is included in the Converter 3 to 4 package and is an utility for  transfering website content from one character encoding to another.

Saurus 3 full installation packages use ISO-8859-* character set by default, but Saurus 4 packages use de-facto website encoding UTF-8 from the beginning.
You need to run Site Encoding Converter in case your old Saurus 3 website still used ISO-8859-* encoding.

Encoding Converter should be executed separately after successful conversion process - place file convert_encoding.php to the website root folder and open it via browser.
