How to create a feedback form?
This article explains how to create a feedback form in your Saurus CMS website. Feedback form is a simple article which contains the form. A form can be inserted into any article. All form elements are found in article editor toolbar. You might have to click "More tools" button for these functions to show up.
Step 1. Insert a form into article
Inserting a form into article is done through the article editor. In the article body area move the cursor to desired position and click the leftmost "Form" button. It will insert a form area into the article.

Step 2. Set up form parameters
Each form has a hidden field that holds instructions for its function. The hidden field is shown as a small square with letters 'ab' in it. To reach the following screen, right-click on it and select "Hidden Field Properties".

Step 3. Build the form
Building a form is done in article editor. Place cursor inside the form and click on a button on the toolbar to insert a specific form element. Each element has a name and several options. All the properties can be accessed later by selecting an element and right-clicking on it. Form elements can be re-arranged by drag-and-drop or using cut/copy/paste functions.

Configuring feedback forms
- Feedback forms list is displayed in website admin area: open up the "Tools > Feedback forms" page. It shows all the feedback forms and allows editing or viewing them with one click.
- Feedback form default setup can be changed in website admin area: open up the "System > Configuration" page and locate the "Feedback forms" section.

Troubleshooting
Some of the form building functionality works only in Internet Explorer.
