MySQL 5 support and more

This month we have reached major release 4.4.0 of Saurus CMS. In this version we have thoroughly tested all CMS core functionality to work with MySQL 5 and PHP 5.2. See also appropriate alert in our support forum.
Saurus CMS is now supported on following server platforms:

• Program language: PHP 4.3.0 until 5.2.1 (previously 5.0.4).

• Database: MySQL 4.x until 5.0.37. (previously MySQL 3.23.x until 4.1.21)

New Saurus 4.4.0 full package and version upgrades can be downloaded here.
The support topics are updated with a new chapter Converter FAQ - containing information about converting old Saurus 3 based websites to the new Saurus 4 generation.
